Mother to 2-yr old Twisha is what keeps Anshu busy year long, and in the midst of it all, she co-founded Conosh! Need we say more? And if that's not enough, little Twisha is Conosh’s most ardent and regular dinner (thanks to her mother of course!).
From Delhi to Bangalore to Milan & Rome, her cross-cultural educational & professional journey is perhaps what inspired Conosh! A strong believer in Anthony Bourdain’s saying “you learn a lot about someone when you share a meal together” is what inspired her to study hard and party harder at the “culturally inspired” meet-ups and meals at her friend’s places in Milan! These shared meals with her across the globe batchmates is how she landed up with everlasting friends and cherished memories!
Apart from her love for Twisha, food and travel (12+ countries and 50+ cities visited so far!!) multi-tasker Anshu also owns 80 pairs of the most quirky and colourful socks you have ever seen!

Travel, food, wine, baking and books just about sums up our Co-founder, Neha Malik. You can basically say she is the connoisseur of all things good! Early on in her childhood, her travels with her family exposed her to our country's dynamic food, culture and its effect on people and their lives. It was perhaps then the seeds of food, friendships and community living were sown in her mind, which has now bloomed into Conosh! Already equipped with a Masters in Literature yet following her love for learning and education she is currently pursuing her B.ed and hoping to “heal the world and making it a better place……..”

The excitement of what’s going to be his next meal through the day is what keeps Vaibhav going in life, one sumptuous day at a time.
He started his culinary journey from his mum’s kitchen and it gradually traversed across the food streets of Mumbai and Delhi to the Michelin tables of Europe! And what a memorable journey it was. Still filled with fond childhood memories of baking & fascinating tales from his mother's kitchen, he started hosting food tables in his dorm room while pursuing his MBA in Paris. The aroma wafting out his dorm room would attract friends and strangers alike! These gatherings were all about fun, food, and friendly banter. This was the beginning of the Conosh experience for him.
Apart from being a huge tech enthusiast, he loves traveling and what never stops to fascinate him is how the same ingredients come together to celebrate different cultures in different kitchens. He wants to connect as many stories in the world through Conosh.
