About Chef Anahita N. Dhondy:
Chef Anahita N. Dhondy, Chef-Partner at SodaBottleOpenerWala Cyber Hub, comes from a family of Parsis settled in Delhi. Anahita started helping in the kitchen since she was 10 years old and knew that she would wear the chef’s hat as a grown-up from a young age. She pursued her culinary dream by enrolling into IHM-Aurangabad and acquiring a Grande Diplome from Le Cordon Bleu, London.
An expert at French pastries and cuisine, 28-year-old Anahita cooks Parsi food from the heart. She calls SodaBottleOpenerWala her second home, where her mother supplies the spices mixes, and the recipes belong to her grandmother. She hopes to constantly make dining at SodaBottleOpenerWala an experience that will leave a happy imprint on every diner as she lives to make others eat the best.
Anahita has won many accolades both Nationally and Internationally. Besides cooking, Anahita loves to spend time with her family and friends, explore new restaurants in town, read books and experiment in her home kitchen.
