About Masterchef Nikita Gandhi:
Born and raised in Abu Dhabi, Nikita has been cooking independently since the age of 8 years. She was always passionate about cooking and baking; she realized after four years of studying finance in the USA that she wanted to make food as her career. Soon, she flew down to India and was found queued up in the audition lines for Masterchef India Season 4 and later the winner of the season. Being a hardcore vegetarian and having won the world’s first-ever all-vegetarian Masterchef, my expertise undoubtedly lies in vegetarian cooking and baking. Her recipes are inspired by my Indian roots and innovated by my Middle Eastern upbringing, making every dish a unique affair.
She had the privilege of preparing an exclusive meal with Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and his team for the Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi.
Apart from the ongoing events, she has successfully taught vegetarian cooking and baking for over two years and wishes to continue to share her passion, inspire others, and get inspired through this vegetarian food journey.
About the session:

- Walnut Paneer Barfi
All the mithais can be made ahead and is great for gifting!
