About Ruchira Hoon:

Ruchira Hoon is a chef and food consultant. She is currently the Brand Chef & Head at Ek Bar, an Olive Bar and Kitchen unit. She has worked as the Chef Partner at The Piano Man group, which includes the Piano Man Jazz Club, Dirty Apron, and The Piano Man Bakery brands.

Ruchira is also a food stylist and a food photographer and has consulted for many brands in the food & beverage industry and popular restaurants. Her consultancy spans cities including Delhi, Pune, Chennai and Bangalore. She also hosts pop-ups at home and the restaurant. She is the founder of The Cereal Killer Cookbook Club, where she brings together people from the culinary field to cook together out of one cookbook a month. 

Her grandmothers’ cooking deeply inspires her. Her speciality is innovation in the kitchen, especially experimenting with creating new dishes that cater to all dietary considerations.
