Start by building learning her techniques for stacking, filling and carving your sphere cakes with confidence. Worried you’ll mess up? Discover how to make mistakes disappear using a simple & easy fix. You’ll also see how to apply a ganache crumb coat that unifies your cake and how it supports creating a smooth ball. Then, Priyanka will guide you step by step through using fondant to decorate a beautiful princess like Cinderella Carriage Cake.
